Labor of Love or Just Labor?

Are you stuck in a job you don't love, with a schedule that's not your own and no end in sight to money woes?

  • It's not a salaried position that someone can cut or completely take away at a moment's notice.
  • And it's not a get-rich-quick scheme.

So what IS this?

It's your own business. It's like if Howard Schultz, the CEO of Starbucks, came to you and said that you could put a Starbucks store on any corner in America. But you don't have to have the storefront, or buy the Frappaccino machines, or hire the employees. You just have to talk to people. And not everyone drinks coffee, but everyone has skin and they should be washing it twice a day. And Starbucks has been around a long time. Rodan + Fields is less than 3 years old in this business channel.
If that doesn't paint a rosy picture for you, let's try this one on. What if you had partnered with the Doctors when they created Proactiv. What would your life look like today? That's exactly what we're talking about. But instead of Jessica Simpson, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber in an infomercial, it's you talking about these clinically proven, award-winning products. And instead of the acne category, which is a relatively small piece of the skincare pie, Rodan + Fields is committed to owning the largest skincare segment -- ANTI-AGING. You know all those people who should be washing their faces every day? Well, they're all getting older, and they want something that will give Father Time a time out.

 What can it do for you?

 Well, that's up to you. It takes work, but those of us
 who   have rolled up our sleeves are experiencing
 success beyond our wildest dreams. One of my mentors
 created a multiple six-figure income in less than two years working from home around her little kids' schedules. Another one just became our company's first million-dollar earner, and she started this business just a few years ago when she was a 27-year-old kindergarten school teacher with zero business experience.

The most beautiful part -- it's not just these two doing the professional happy dance. Our company boasts Consultants all over the country who are replicating their success and multiplying like bunnies in love. Let's look at August for example. On our team alone, 20 more people promoted to Level V, the gateway to the big stuff. Three more people joined the ranks of Elite qualifiers to celebrate in Playa del Carmen on a luxury trip courtesy of the Doctors. Another colleague will be getting her free Lexus in time for the holidays (that will make 6 total for our team so far this year). And two more have reached the very top of the R+F pay plan -- RFX -- and will be going overseas on a "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous"-type trip to be announced later this month!
